A premium membership includes the ability to create groups and forums, access to the classified boards, a calendar and discounts to products and services on other sites within the Empire. A Royal Court membership includes all of the above plus an email account and free, unlimited access and privileges to all Jokers Empire websites as well as first opportunity to purchase tickets to Jokers Empire events, special discounts on merchandise and other benefits.

There are two levels of membership in the Jokers Pub, Premium and Royal Court. Membership choices are for 3 months, six months and one year. Premium Membership fees are: 3 month 19.95, 6 month 34.95, 12 month 59.95 Royal Court Membership fees are: 3 month 39.95, 6 month 74.95, 12 month 129.95.

We cannot protect your work from others, however we strongly encourage you to protect your work with a copy right and to read our forum on how to copyright your original work. Further The Jokers Empire does not approve of the copyright violation of anyone’s original work and will always work with copyright owners to remove items that are posted without permission or credit.

We always encourage you to discuss any concerns or dissatisfaction you may have with your membership to the Empire with a moderator or an administrator. If you still wish to leave the Empire you may click on the Unregister button and your profile information will be deleted. Some data such as forum entries may remain. There is no refund of membership fees paid. Should you leave the site and then decide to rejoin, you will be charged another membership fee.

No, Membership is intended to be for an individual only. Anyone who has been found sharing passwords or access to any Jokers Empire site will have their membership revoked and will not be allowed to reapply for membership.

Here at the Jokers Empire we believe in allowing as much freedom of speech as is possible among responsible, consenting adults. If you have posted something and it has disappeared it has most likely been moved to a more appropriate forum. We try to notify you of the move and where to find your post, but occasionally we miss one. If a post is removed entirely it is for one of two reasons, either it violated the TOU from appropriateness of content or it was blatantly disrespectful or inflammatory. In these situations a TOU statement specifying why the post was removed will be emailed to you. Continued violation of TOU will result in loss of membership.

Wherever possible we encourage members to resolve issues between themselves. There are times when that just isn’t possible. In that case contact a moderator for direction. The moderator will mediate a solution to the problem at hand. If the mediation fails the moderator will contact and administrator who will make the final determination for resolution. If the parties cannot resolve the issue and there is no clear aggressor, both parties will be removed from the site for 7 days, if at that time no resolution can be made one or both parties will lose their membership.

Again our idea in this community is that appropriateness is a highly individual thing. However, if you read or see something that makes you uncomfortable please notify a moderator. Your concern will be duly noted and the post investigated. The moderator will make the determination of appropriateness. That said, any material that has anything to do with the seduction, sexual intimacy or sexualizing of children, any individual under the age of 21, incest, the victimization of anyone, or any form of bestiality is considered to be inappropriate by Empire standards and will be removed from the site. Further the individual posting such items will be permanently banned from all Jokers Empire sites and in certain circumstances reported to the appropriate authorities. The Jokers Empire supports lifestyles that are mutually consensual. Recognizing that mutual consent between adults is paramount in responsible behavior we will aggressively pursue any individual that promotes violence, hate, degradation or victimization of any individual.
